Welcome to University of Northampton’s new Change and Transformation Office.

We are responsible for a comprehensive transformation portfolio aimed at modernising and enhancing the operational efficiency, academic offering and strategic capabilities at the University of Northampton.

This post, reporting directly to the Head of Change and Transformation will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and overseeing the status of the University’s significant transformation programmes and projects, ensuring that project documentation and records are gathered, managed, and disseminated accordingly, stored correctly, and will provide support to the Transformation Office’s change management team. As a new team, we are establishing our operating model and supporting systems and this post will be key to our success during this period.

**About You**

**Qualifications**

Essential:

- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English Language at Grade C/4 or above

Desirable:

- Higher Education Qualification or equivalent experience
- Hold a relevant foundation level project management professional qualification such as Prince2 Foundation, AgilePM Foundation or APMP Foundation
