Learning Management Systems Support Analyst

**We’re looking for a Learning Management Systems Support Analyst to join us in Bradford, on a 12-month FTC basis.**

We currently support 2 Learning Management systems within the wider business and are looking for some additional support with the management of day-to-day compliance related queries.

This is an amazing opportunity for you to provide essential support to the successful delivery of a recently acquired LMS systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that we deliver excellent customer service in our query resolution.

The role will see the individual working alongside employees and L&D specialists to provide comprehensive support in handling compliance related training updates within our Success Factors Learning Management System.

**What will you be doing?**
- Daily management of a workforce management queue
- Manage day-today CBT related queries via an ticketing system
- Be the point of contact within the team for any Success Factors Learning Management System queries
- Perform daily LMS administration tasks
- Updating course details and results
- Supporting the team with entry and data uploads
- Producing ad-hoc reports
- Work with the L&D team members around any Learning relates queries that link to the Learning Management systems.
- Work with the IT Team to raise any potential issues with the system
- Handle the record keeping element for any online compliance
- Work with the L&D Adviser to analyse to identify any potential improvements that can be made to minimise queries
- Analysing of users learning records to identify any potential reasons for the system failing to log a score
- Facilitate regular review meetings with team members to look at potential ways of improving our current processes within the team

**We tend to look for people with**:
Essential
- Experience with Learning Management System administration & reporting
- Excellent interpersonal customer service through delivery and clear communication
- Have a great understanding and be able to use general Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Able to handle multiple activities & conflicting priorities

Desirable
- Experience in Success Factors or similar LMS tool
