**3rd Line Support Analyst - Manufacturing Systems**
- Based: Bradford, commutable from Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds
- Salary: c£33,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + Flexible Working

Our client, part of a larger international group, is an FMCG manufacturing business with a strong portfolio of retail brands.

To be part of this, you'll have a background as in providing Manufacturing Support as a 3rd Line Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst and will have worked within a fast paced manufacturing / logistics environment.
- Excellent communication skills, troubleshooting and problem management.
- Worked in ITIL Framework (Service Desk, Change management).
- Worked and supported IT project and roll-outs - ideally in Logistics or Manufacturing environments (can collect not functional requirements Network LAN / WAN, Power, units and qty and coordinate installation).
- Experience in installation and commissioning of equipment and end points support (Printing, Mobility, Mobile Device Management, HMI including configuration and connection, remote access, Remote monitoring).
- Preparation of system environment (build and adjustments to VM Ware services, MS 2016 Servers, Roles, and Services,, RDS services, IIS, SQL installation).
