We provide a highly specific and professional clinical negligence medico-legal reporting service to solicitors and have a proven track record of providing objective, concise and comprehensive medico-legal reports for a wide variety of clinical negligence claims.
This is full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. You can either work in the office or hybrid/remote.
**Duties**
- Administrative support in respect of MedCo standards, preparing for internal audits and maintaining ISO standards.
- Complete any Subject Access Request or Erasure Requests made to PMG.
- Administrative support in obtaining client/instructing party permission in reporting providers to the ICO.
- Administrative support in maintaining the Risk and Incident Reporting Registers.
- Assistance with sensitive data breach investigations.
- Categorise and prioritise inbound enquiries in the Data Protection Inbox.
- Assist in the design and delivery of compliance training
- Support meeting preparation
- Provide constructive, clear and concise verbal and written feedback to colleagues
**Person Specification - Essential Experience**
- Experience of dealing with customer queries on a regular basis either face to face or over the phone
- Experience of working in a Compliance Support role
- Demonstrable Experience of complaints handling and customer care
- Proven administration in an office environment
**Person Specification - Essential Knowledge/Skills**
- Ability to use standard Microsoft packages
- Demonstrates good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail when checking and amending large documents
- Good written and spoken English and ability to write accordingly
