Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 13.30 - 22.00 with a 30-minute unpaid break

Friday: 12.00 - 18.00 with 30-minute unpaid break

To prepare work for delivery to customers and suppliers, to accept goods inwards and deliver goods via Elanders UK transport, control stock, ensuring customer requirements and company standards are adhered to.
- Pick, pack and fulfilment of customer goods as per the customer requirement
- To ensure work/jobs are delivered to suppliers and customers as per customer/supplier specifications and requirements.
- Following company policies, procedures and quality standards; to prepare goods such as automotive literature, in a safe and secure manner for delivery, ensuring that quality and customer specifications are met.
- To accept goods inwards and ensure they are ‘booked in’ using the company stock system.
- To deliver goods to customers and suppliers when required via company transport.
- To update and manage the stock system and to carry out a stock take as required.
- To read and understand all the delivery instructions from the works job ticket.
- To output delivery notes from the computer system.
- If FLT trained, use Counterbalance, High Reach Fork Lift Truck Vehicles and WAVE equipment, with due care and attention.
- Prepare pallets for delivery.
- To ensure that quality and environmental standards are adhered to, working with KPI’s and meeting targets.
- To observe and comply with Company Health & Safety policies, and be knowledgeable with regards to all Elanders policies and procedures, relating to the Stirchley unit.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Stirchley Site Manager and Stirchley Supervisor.

**Experience and Skills**
- Experience of working in a Despatch/Warehouse role in current or previous role(s).
- Full UK Drivers Licence is essential.
- Fork Lift Truck Licence: Reach and Counterbalance is desired.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £10.47 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham, B30 2PF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- UK Drivers Licence (required)
- Fork Lift Truck licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night shift (required)
