You will be working in Colchester in two shared supported living bungalows with 7 individuals who love shopping, going out for lunch, Cinema, and a variety of activities . Personal care is required .This is an exciting opportunity to work with different individuals with different needs which will give a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression. **Drivers are essential for this post** **What we're looking for in our Female Support Worker**: - **Full UK driving licence is essential**: - No previous experience or qualifications required, full training will be provided- Compassionate, Caring and Confident- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Self-starter, with a high level of motivation- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
