Blackstone Insurance Brokers have been established since 2008 we are a growing company based in a modern office complex in Heald Green. we undertake a wide range of Commercial and High Net Worth Insurances. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Handlers to join our team. Both full and Part-Time positions are available. This is the perfect role for someone with a background in Commercial Insurance, having worked in a Handler or Broker type role. Dealing with a wide range of commercial clients in placing and renewing the full range of insurance products.

The main duties include quoting, processing of new business, handling renewals and carrying out mid-term adjustments and responding to general queries. Providing exceptional service to your customers is paramount.
- Experience in dealing with general insurance business.
- Excellent administrative skills and background.
- knowledge of commercial products and insurance market.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven track record or retention.
- Passion for customer services and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills.

Experience of OpenGI and Acturis would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
