Asset Strategy Project Lead

Annual salary of up to £50,000 DOE (FTE) - Fixed Term role (18 months) - Full-time, part-time and flexible working patterns available - Liverpool city centre office base with opportunities for agile / home working **The role** The purpose of this role is to lead on key departmental projects linked to the delivery of the business plan or aligned with the objectives of the Asset Management Strategy. A significant proportion of the role will be to project manage the Group's divestment strategy, as well as supporting the Asset Strategy Team to deliver team objectives and projects. The role will provide a fast track understanding of how asset strategy and business planning is developed within the Asset Management Team. It will provide significant insight to data management, conveyancing, legal and financial transactional activity.
