**Sales Executive**

£21,000 - £24,000, Haywards Heath (office based), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension

**The Role**

Due to an exciting expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a number of Sales Executives to join a fantastic small business in the pet insurance sector. Working as part of a cross functional team, this role will be responsible for encouraging new policies,providing Customer Service and administration in relation to customers pet insurance policies.
- Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to a sale
- Follow up and convert warm leads into sales
- Proactively and confidently handle objections when presented with them in customer communications
- Answer and resolve customer queries and demonstrate ownership of the task
- Sales and policy administration
- Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements

**Requirements**:
We would expect the successful of Sales Executive to demonstrate some experience in an office-based customer service or sales role. The role could really suit someone who has worked in a call centre and is now looking for the next step in a smaller, lesscorporate environment. You will have great communication skills and be confident picking up the phone and speaking with potential customers. You will have solid IT skills and be happy picking up new systems. A love of animals is a must and bonus points foran interest in exotic animals

**Package**

Up to £24,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (please note, there is potential that this could include some Saturdays in the future)
