My client is a well-established, highly successful niche travel organisation with an excellent reputation and ambitious trajectory. They are now seeking a Sales Executive to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring sustainable growth across a hugevariety of holiday packages.

**Your role will involve**:

- Taking responsibility for your allocated existing clients and new business as part of a growing and dynamic sales team
- Supporting the Sales Manager in developing and evolving the sales strategy to achieve business goals whilst strategically identifying new sectors/ product opportunities
- Ensuring the business function achieves agreed new business targets and delivery excellence to customers and achieving minimum agreed margins
- Achieving own sales target to contribute to the business budget
- Working with the Product Team to improve existing packages and driving new long-haul packages and products in line with the strategy
- Ensuring good admin at all times and the use of the bespoke CRM system to maximise opportunity and deliver high levels of service in a timely manner
- Liaising with partners to ensure professional working relationships with suppliers
- Confident and enthusiastic personality, with an ambitious and forward-thinking attitude
- Commercial mind set with excellent business acumen
- Excellent communication skills and extremely personable, polite and professional personality
- Attention to detail with costings and quotations and a desire to get things right the first time
- Previous sales experience ideally within the holiday/travel sector
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in achieving personal and team targets
- Experience of managing customers to ensure a successful outcome
