**Responsible for**:

- Responsible for the in-studio technical production management and execution of the Meet the Boss Virtual Roundtable green-screen format - across US, EMEA & APAC time zones - working directly with Roundtable Moderators and in-studio green-screen production platform
- All green-screen production elements aligned to the Virtual Roundtable (VRT) delivery platform - studio standards, setup, virtual studio management, lighting, camera, audio & messaging channels
- Briefing and rehearsing with Moderator & CSM stakeholders, including tech set up, dress rehearsal, and troubleshooting
- Remote Clickers, second screen experiences, third party tech integrations
- Ensuring all Zoom rooms, links and permissions are created, managed and communicated to relevant stakeholders (CSMs, Moderators, Studio Manager) per VRT - including any polling and/or breakout session requirements
- The management of all VRT graphical assets required for in-show delivery (title slides, attendee slides, supplementary assets)
- Coordination and execution of all kit and equipment for remote speakers where required
- Participate where required in Speaker Briefing calls from a ‘tech’ expertise
- Live Stream set up and execution
- Working collaboratively with Product leadership and relevant departments to innovate and develop the tech set up for new formats, better execution of existing formats and challenging the boundaries of the technology
- The delivery of multiple 90-minute VRTs from the GDS Group’s in-studio location, able to delivery VRTs across EMEA, US & APAC time zones

**About you**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in digital event production, either running digital roundtables, webinars, or streaming video shows
- Competence and aptitude in working with different video conferencing software, such as Zoom, Teams, WebX or GoToMeeting
- Strong technical and digital appetite
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Organised and efficient and attention to detail in providing documentation that is used by multiple departments for strong execution of digital shows
- Experience with green-screen production is preferable, but not essential
- The ability to learn quickly and be excited by technical innovations around studio & green-screen production
- Innate and first-rate organisation & problem-solving capabilities. This role considers both of these skillsets as essential to success
