Contract Type: Freelance Service Agreement
Fee: £300 p/d - Full time
Reporting to: Creative Producer

Wake The Tiger is a radical creative company born in the South West and the visionary force behind the world’s first Amazement Park®. We fuse immersive art, storytelling, and purpose to create unforgettable experiences that disrupt the norm and ignite transformation.
We believe wonder is a catalyst, and amazement a tool - not just for escape, but for building a more connected, conscious, and courageous future.
THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled and proactive Producer to deliver the successful production, coordination, and installation of designated immersive rooms, window displays, and installations for our new experience opening in London. This role is critical for bringing our ambitious creative vision to life and will involve working directly with multiple artists, designers, and fabricators commissioned to design and fit out each room, in addition to our internal teams and makers. You will be responsible for scheduling, contracting, and organising multiple artists, designers, and fabricators - supporting them from concept through to final installation - while also managing the practical production, budgets, and onsite delivery. You will work collaboratively with the Lead Producer, Creative Producer, Creative Director, Production Manager, Props Manager and the wider creative team. This position is ideal for an experienced London based producer with a background in immersive art, large-scale installations, or the creative industries, who thrives on turning bold concepts into tangible, world-class visitor experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Installation & Production:
Oversee the full planning, production, and onsite installation of all artist and designers’ visions, scenic, prop, and technical elements within rooms, installations, and window displays.
Schedule and coordinate the work of artists and any supporting makers, ensuring their installation timelines align with the wider project build.
Identify and resolve practical or creative challenges during fabrication and installation.

Artist Management & Creative Liaison:

Act as the main producer point of contact for all artists, designers, and fabricators fitting out the rooms, ensuring their creative vision is understood and delivered practically.
Work with internal props, scenic, and content teams to create and coordinate core room design and additional design layers in certain rooms
Schedule, contract, and organise all activities, from early design development through to onsite installation and handover.
Foster a supportive, solutions-focused relationship with artists, helping them deliver their work to the highest standard within agreed budgets and timelines.
Budget & Project Management:
Draft and negotiate artist agreements, freelancer contracts, and any specialist supplier arrangements, ensuring clarity of deliverables and timelines.
Work with the wider production team to develop and maintain installation schedules and phasing plans that accommodate artist timelines.
Liaise closely with the Creative Producer, the Props Manager, Fit Out Manager, and Technical teams to ensure smooth coordination and handovers.
Develop 3D room plans and design packs to be handed to technical teams
Attend production meetings, design reviews, and site check-ins, providing clear updates on artist progress, budgets, and any risks.
Support artists with sourcing and managing materials, championing sustainability and local suppliers wherever possible.
Oversee efficient material use to minimise waste, contributing to the project’s environmental targets.
Ensure all artist and installation activities comply with site health and safety policies.
Ensure all installations are robust, durable, and safe for high-volume public interaction.
Ensuring risk assessments and insurance for the installation of the works are in place by liaising between the artists and our H&S team.
Proven experience producing large-scale installations or immersive art projects involving multiple artists and complex budgets.
Strong track record of scheduling, contracting, and coordinating creative contributors.
Excellent organisational, project management, and budget management skills.
Practical knowledge of scenic build, fabrication methods, and technical installation.
Ability to interpret creative designs and translate them into practical build solutions.
An understanding of health & safety best practice in site-based art or immersive installations.
Background in immersive art, themed attractions, live experiences, or complex exhibitions.
First aid or site safety training certifications.
