We are currently recruiting a Head of Employer Partnerships? on behalf of an exciting, funded EdTech start up that's revolutionising higher education access in the UK.
**Mission**
Our client's mission is to propel high-talent, low-income students into top universities and careers; first in the UK, and then worldwide.
They leverage the power of technology to drive equality of opportunity at scale. Through their award-winning digital platform, they unlock education and career opportunities for talented students from low-income backgrounds by propelling them into the UK'sbest universities and employers.
**The Role**
The 'Into Work’ careers product provides undergraduates with the knowledge, opportunities and expertise to obtain a world class graduate career. Working with some of the world’s largest employers, they provide students with exclusive internships, webinarswith industry leaders and expert content to help propel the undergraduate community into world class careers.
The Head of Employer Partnerships is responsible for creation and development of relationships with key graduate employer partners. Developing and delivering on key sales strategies and KPIs, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders across the organisations they’reaiming to work with and ultimately being responsible for the growth of the 'Into Work’ strategy.
**Create and develop relationships with the company’s employer partners**
- Identify and curate relationships with key employer partners
- Secure employer partners to underpin our 'Into work’ strategy
- Develop the Sales Playbook, alongside the CEO and COO
- Navigate the key personas and hierarchies of enterprise organisations to establish buy-in and champions for the work they do
- Generate meetings via Board and CEO’s networks and own relationship sales approach
- Manage, analyse and continuously improve the sales pipeline with 'Into Work’ product via our CRM
- Achieve buy-in and excellent working relationships with employer partners to facilitate partnerships that will lead to the creation of unique content and opportunities for students.
**Work towards aspirational KPIs**

- Retainer revenue with employer partners
- Total number of employer partners
- Establishing key relationships
- An externally visual sense of impact and engagement for the company
**Who you’ll be working with**
As a core part of the Operations team, you’ll also be working with all teams. You’ll work with our Product, Tech, Customer Success, Marketing teams and be working directly with our COO to make sure that you’re able to have maximum impact in your role.

- 360 Enterprise Sales experience
- EdTech experience is desirable
- Best in class relationship management skills
- Ability to achieve buy-in with external stakeholders
- Proactive and creative approach to your work
- A passion for working towards targets and KPIs
- A great people person, able to network with stakeholders at all levels
