This scale up provides inspirational career experience programmes for school and university students. Founded in 2012, they've had over 45,000 students walk through their doors from more than 2,000 schools, colleges, and universities from around the world.More than 500 professionals from competitive fields such as Investment Banking, Law, Medicine, and Engineering have contributed to their programmes.
The company's relationships with schools are absolutely fundamental to the success of their organisation. A Partner Development Associate is a school's first point of contact. They must exude the company values and be able to create a strong relationship oftrust, encouraging teachers to recommend them. In order for teachers to share their opportunities with their students, they must have the utmost faith in their ability to transform their students' lives with first-class experiences and trust that they go aboveand beyond in our mission.
You will be given a list of schools and colleges and expected to build relationships with them, and be able to demonstrate how you have contributed to their increase in student attendance numbers.
? Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Build lasting relationships with key decision makers, so as to increase the number of students that attend our programmes from your list of schools, including both:
- Maintaining existing relationships
- Actively seeking out new contacts and developing brand new relationships; taking the school from a cold relationship to company Partner School
Go above and beyond in the means by which you maintain those relationships including through the following:
- Meetings/calls (virtual and in-person)
- Developing and delivering regular presentations both virtually and in schools for students and parents
- Representing the company at events including careers fairs and educational conferences
- Researching trends or developments within the education sphere, to create engaging thought leadership (including termly newsletters, free careers content and webinars)
- Collaborating as a team to find ways to constantly improve our service to teachers and schools
During school holidays, support the Programme Management and Operations Teams with the organisation and delivery of our programmes

You have, and can demonstrate, the following skills, experience and interests:
- A strong work ethic
- Educated to degree/apprenticeship level
- Some professional experience which is relevant to the skills required for this role
- A deeply-invested belief in the company's sense of purpose and our programmes, along with a sense of affiliation with their cultural values (set out below)
- A passion for education and the futures of young people
- Outstanding interpersonal and professional communication skills - both written and oral
- An affinity for public speaking and presenting, adapting your approach to different audiences
- The ability to build and develop professional relationships with a range of stakeholders, including through cold-contacting
- Self-motivated and driven by individual KPIs with the aim of increasing the number of students who attend our programmes and thereby contribute to the growth of the company
- Self-starter and resilient attitude with the ability to use your initiative to create your own work and think outside the box
- Strong team player with a desire to go above and beyond to show dedication to both external stakeholders and colleagues
