Alongside their business, they have also set up a Foundation aiming to eliminate the youth unemployment gap, delivering careers-based learning and real-world working opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Due to their recent exponential growth, they have moved to a brand-new office in Canary Wharf, doubled their headcount, generated record-breaking revenue, and are now looking for a bright Research Associate (RA) to join their growth story
The Opportunity:
You will also aid in generating crucial insights and analysis, helping senior members of the team to provide a consultative approach for clients, and contribute to internal strategy development - for both the company and the Foundation
All members of the team are given the tools to grow alongside the business, as well as explore areas that interest them. You will be given the support they need to progress, as well as the scope to grow and develop into the role independently.
Key responsibilities:

- Shadowing the end-to-end search processes for Partner
- and experienced-level mandates
- Liaising with the client to develop search strategies
- Assisting in high-level market mapping, information gathering, and report creation
- Conducting research for blog posts on the Patrick Morgan website, writing articles for internal and external press, and supporting internal marketing and branding initiatives
- Challenging the Managing Partner and Principals on Patrick Morgan business strategy
- Staying up to date with industry trends to inform and facilitate high-level search processes
Prerequisites:

- 0-1 years of experience working in an Executive Search or Recruitment firm
- Graduated with a 2:1 or above at a top university
- Extra-curricular activities and achievements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
