Robertson Bell are proud to yet again be working with this fantastic charitable organisation in their search for a Junior Accountant to join their Finance team on a permanent, full time basis.

**The main responsibilities for this Junior Accountant are as follows**:

- Inputting all invoices into the accounts system, and ensuring they are ready for the Head of Finance to review and send for payment.
- Deal with and input any expense claims, using expense claim forms.
- Entering supplier invoices onto the system, including completing nominal coding.
- Being a point of contact for suppliers and maintaining the crucial relationship with excellent communication skills, including resolving any invoice queries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- A desire to progress in their Finance career, with a drive to succeed.
- A willingness to get stuck in and to support where needed.
