We drive forward improvements for them to ensure the service they receive, whether reactive repairs or a major project, is completed safely and on time. In order to achieve this, we have 4 core values: open, caring, agile and collaborative. These are at the heart of everything we do.
**Salary**: Competitive + Company Car/Car Allowance + Benefits
**Location**: Home based, to cover sites in the South East of England.

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering high-quality repair services? We are seeking a driven Head of Repairs to take charge of our day-to-day delivery of reactive repairs for our Accommodation contract, serving our Forces Families, managing a talented team of mobile trades, and overseeing the scheduling team across a fast-paced environment handling 8,000+ repairs per month.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As Head of Repairs, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our repairs service, ensuring our processes are efficient, customer-focused, and compliant with the highest standards. You'll be empowered to lead, innovate, and drive continuous improvement while being part of a forward-thinking team.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our repairs programme, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and high-quality results. You’ll lead, manage, and coordinate resources, ensuring pre

As Head of Repairs, you will monitor the quality of work, resolve any issues, and implement lessons learned to continuously improve service delivery. You will also oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM and asbestos control, ensuring all policies and processes are followed to the letter. Through building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including service families, contractors, and suppliers, you’ll guarantee seamless communication and satisfaction throughout the entire repair lifecycle.
