The Production Team is looking to fill the role of **General Operative **in their Castleford facility which entails FLT duties.

At IPL Brightgreen site based in Castleford, we combine our in depth-knowledge of recycling with our ground-breaking technology. Our goal is to repurpose plastic for the greater good.

**Position Title: General Operative**

**Location: Castleford**

**What you will bring to the role**:
**Essential experience and skills**:

- **Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (required)**
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Ensure correct materials are being processed by following written job card instructions
- Ability to cooperate with other team members
- Sampling and testing of recycled polymers as per quality control procedures
- Complete production records, as required by workplace instruction
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and adhere to H&S guidance
- Counterbalance forklift operation
- Wear prescribed PPE in the workplace at all times
- Be able to work rotating shifts

**Highlights**:

- 8 hours per day / 40hrs per week / paid breaks
