The Production Team is looking to fill the role of Yard Operative** **in their Castleford facility which entails FLT duties.

At IPL Brightgreen site based in Castleford, we combine our in depth-knowledge of recycling with our ground-breaking technology. Our goal is to repurpose plastic for the greater good.

**Position Title: Yard Operative**

**Location: Castleford**

**What you will bring to the role**:
**Essential experience and skills**:

- **Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (desirable)**
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Ensure the Yard and outside areas of the operation are kept to a high standard of housekeeping
- 'Wet Skip' area is maintained on a regular basis
- All dolavs with waste are maintained
- Fence lines and border lines are kept free of any debris
- Ability to cooperate with other team members
- Counterbalance forklift operation
- Wear prescribed PPE in the workplace at all times
