As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and versatile Telesales / Customer Service Agent who can seamlessly switch between telesales, customer service, and various ad-hoc tasks to support our diverse range of operations.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, and your success will play a vital role in our company's continued growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls
- Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate our product/service offerings
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Input data and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong objection handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using a computer and CRM software
