As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and versatile Telesales / Customer Service Agent who can seamlessly switch between telesales, customer service, and various ad-hoc tasks to support our diverse range of operations.
Position Overview:
As a Telesales Agent with a flair for customer service and adaptability, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers, promoting our offerings, resolving inquiries, and providing support across multiple functions within the organisation. Your excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to tackle different tasks will contribute to our continued success and growth. **Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, delivering compelling sales pitches and product information.
Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
Collaborate with the admin team & management to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.
Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Engage in cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned, which may include data entry, administrative duties, Over the Counter Customer Service and other support functions.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is required.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
Adaptability to switch between different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
