**Credit Administration Team Leader - Crewe**

Experienced Credit Administration Team Leader to within our Transactional Services Team in our Head Office in Crewe. The role is to manage the daily activities of the team, allocate workload and monitor performance.

**The role**:
**Team Management**
- To manage the daily activities of the team, allocate workload and monitor performance.
- Motivate and lead the team to encourage success and positivity.
- Train and develop individuals to ensure they reach their maximum potential.
- Support the credit administrators to meet targets set.
- Engage with Key Stakeholders within the business.

**Credit Administration**
- Analyse Financial Statements and company accounts for escalated credit decisions and yearly reviews
- Assist with cash allocation queries with key stakeholders.
- Directly undertake day to day credit administration processes
- Ensure daily and weekly customer letter communications are completed within SLA.
- Review and develop processes for continuous improvement and ensure sufficient controls are always in place.

**Banking Administration**
- Supervise the day-to-day Banking activities.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation reviews.
- Ensure banking related queries are resolved and ensure resolution is delivered in a timely manner.
- Plan and carry out banking activities at Month End to ensure the month can be closed within SLA.

**What you should be able to bring to the role**:

- Experience of working in a large transactional volume and fast paced environment.
- A good understanding of credit analysis and company accounts
- A strong communicator with great relationship building skills.
- Credit Control or Customer Services experience
- IT skills - Strong Excel/ERP skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
