Responsible for managing internal and customer related queries. The role includes managing a shared mailbox, providing excellent customer services and assisting the Collections team with ad-hoc duties.Productivity/EfficiencyManage the shared mailbox for internal and external queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Collate and distribute customer statements of accounts.Create and distribute bulk emails, ensuring all information is accurate.Support credit collections activities and learn best practises for debt recovery.Individual ManagementTake ownership of queries and resolve them within agreed timescales.Maintain accurate records of actions and customer communications.Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and escalate issues when necessary.Departmental and Business integrationCollaborate with Credit Risk, Finance, and Client Service teams to ensure smooth query resolution.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experienceQualificationsKey Skills/Attributes:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Eagerness to learn and develop within the Credit function.Additional Information A friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers.
