The role includes managing a shared mailbox, providing excellent customer services and assisting the Collections team with ad-hoc duties.
Collate and distribute customer statements of accounts.
Support credit collections activities and learn best practises for debt recovery.
Collaborate with Credit Risk, Finance, and Client Service teams to ensure smooth query resolution.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Eagerness to learn and develop within the Credit function.
