**The Role**:
This is an initial **4-month Internship** with the possibility of becoming a permanent role, where you will work remotely.
As a **Learning and Development Executive,**you will support the Director of Training on two projects:
- Scope, choose and plan the implementation of a Learning Management System
- Develop 2 new self-paced e-learning courses on managing change and improving business performance using the FutureLearn platform and/or Articulate 360
(You will be provided full training for the technology and software as needed)
**About You**:

- You are educated to degree level
- You have a very high standard of written English
- You are adaptable, eager to learn and hardworking
- You have an interest in the way people learn
- You have a high attention to detail
- You have a good understanding of how businesses work
- You have some experience of working with creative/design software packages
