Our client is currently looking to recruit for a Software Developer working for a well-established financial advisor company that supports the public sector. The company pride themselves in providing bespoke financial solutions to assist people who protectus on a daily basis.
The Software Developer will be part of an experienced and well-structured development team that take an analytical approach in order to be able to deliver projects.
**Responsibilities for Software Developer**:
- Modify and change current IT solutions within the company and adaption to new systems to be able to improve consumer experience and business efficiency
- Liaise with business analysts to transform technical solutions to impact business processes
- Work within a combined team of internal and external developers to complete a system upgrade project and develop the system beyond the initial development
- Understanding and researching into the systems capability, presenting insights and technical solutions for the new system project
- Communicating with stakeholders and UX teams to understand full requirements that are needed

- Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude
- Ability to efficiently prioritize workloads
- Analytical mindset and the ability to identify arears that need improving
- Ability to communicate with different areas within the business
