The role will demand weekly meetings with clients (new and old) looking to explore recruitment difficulties theyare experiencing or will experience due to resource demands (war on talent, niche skill sets), what we can do, and which solution is most beneficial. High level client relationships need to be developed and the strategy is to contact HR Directors, CTO, ServiceDirectors and or senior line managers and arrange meetings. **Profile**: You will have a successful track record of identifying, growing, and developing client relationships. You will have experience selling IT services into the public sector and associated frameworks. Proven experience winning and selling into the private sectoris essential, whilst capitalising on your network of contacts at senior/ influence level, this can be healthcare, local or central government. You will have demonstrated success through achievement against previous revenue targets and development of strategicbusiness relationships. Any experience of selling value-added services such as managed services, retained business, or managing agency solutions would be beneficial.
