Come and work near Seatown Beach. Golden Cap Holiday Park are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our customer service team (Reception & Shop team). We are looking for Full and Part Time Team Members who are enthusiastic and willing to get involved with our small on park team.

Daily tasks consist of taking phone calls from our customers, dealing with customers queries, making customer bookings, dealing with all general enquiries, and working in the SPAR Convenience Store where you may be baking in the mornings, serving guests and stocking shelves.

We have both a full and part time position, Full time is to work 5 days out of 7, on a rota basis and part time hours from 16 hours upwards available. Working days are shifts between 07.45 and 20.30 in peak times. Bank holidays and weekends are normal working days. All-year round can be offered due to hours being available in Chideock Stores which is linked to the park at low season times and Post Office training is also available to further develop your skills.

Golden Cap has hire lodges & caravans, touring, camping and glamping and holiday home owners. A park tour will be part of the interview so we can explain the Holiday Park.

Wages are paid hourly and on a four week schedule. Benefits include discounted holidays within WDLH and discounts in our Leisure Club & Restaurant.

At least one years previous experience preferred and please list working availability on your covering letter.
