**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organised.
- Competent in clerical duties including typing and data entry.
- Strong organisational skills to maintain an efficient office environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous office administrator experience preferred but NOT essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
