As we are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent & Development department in our dynamic Kings Hill office.

**Things you should know**:
Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Development and facilitation of assessment centres
- Contribute to Talent projects such as supporting with partnership / employer brand opportunities
- Support with the development and execution of a recruitment social media plan and design engaging recruitment communications in collaboration with the Communications team to ensure we are regularly showcasing our culture and employer brand
- Learn the content management system for the website and ensure content and** **vacancies are regularly updated
- Reporting on recruitment data and metrics

**Things we need from you**:

- Experience in either an Internal Recruitment or Recruitment Consultant role
- Experience in recruiting technical roles in IT, Finance, Legal / Compliance, HR and Analytics highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive, resilient and solutions focused with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in recruitment marketing, including designing content for social media, videos and careers websites highly desirable
