Our client is a well established organisation with office hubs across the UK. They have an urgent requirement for a permanent Talent Acquisition Adviser.

Reporting into the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Plan, co-ordinate and execute internal and external recruitment campaigns in line with business needs.
- Daily manage the recruitment of both individual and volume roles, including the planning, co-ordination and execution of advertising, screening processes and assessment centres.
- Use the internal Applicant Tracking System to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the hiring process.
- Help managers to create inspiring, accurate job descriptions and person specifications; conducting pre-screening activities; and assisting managers with vacancy authorisations, interview co-ordination and the offer process.
- Provide good teamwork as well as efficient admin, ensuring that resourcing systems and tracking activity are up to date and maintained accurately.
- Champion direct sourcing methods to reduce agency spend.
- Get involved in a range of talent acquisition initiatives - including competitive intelligence, resource planning and talent management - you’ll have a varied, central role.
- Adding some support with interviews in person on occasion at any of their sites.

On offer is a salary of 30-35k, good benefits and hybrid working, with the potential for progression as the team grows.
