**About the role**

Reporting to the Kiosk Manager you will be working as a Kiosk Team Member involved in all the kiosk’s daily operations for your restaurant. Your key duties will include the following:
**What we’re looking for**
- A keen interest in Greek Food
- Proven track record of maintaining a high level of sales.
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in Food Preparation
- Experience with HACCP and food safety procedures
- Experience using delivery platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Greet customers and take their orders using the pos system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist with menu planning and development
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a cook/foh in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
