This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

**The Role**
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards.

Able to make pastries after training such as roll cakes, macarons, scones, cookies, etc.
- Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
- Follow health, safety, and welfare guidelines for all products.
- Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
- Including standards for stocking, rotating, and storing products.
- Perform cleaning tasks and daily checklists, and maintain cleaning standards.
- Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.
- Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits
- Perform basic maths for cash handling and order processing.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
