Westomatic Vending Services Ltd design, manufacture and distribute an extensive range of hot drinks, food, snacks, and water systems for large and small locations. We supply to customers / operators throughout the UK and Europe.

Westomatic is a well-respected, long-established, forward-thinking British manufacturing company looking to recruit a Marketing Executive with an innovative and creative approach to their work.

We have an exciting range of innovative machines and systems that are technologically advanced and reduce the use of plastics. A significant part of the business is in the recycling of older machines.

You will play an integral part in the development and delivery of an agreed marketing strategy that takes the business forward.

You will be the point of contact for the marketing team and a representative of the brand, ensuring our online presence and all marketing material is coherent across every platform as the firm continues to grow and build on its already excellent reputation.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Continued development of our website with exciting written and visual content, creating schedules and updating and maintaining social media channels.
- Creating marketing materials, brochures, sales tools, event invitations etc
- Supporting with the planning, organisation and delivery of internal and primarily external events, attending to ensure everything runs smoothly when necessary
- Regularly reviewing performance, activity and feedback reports from clients
- Ensuring all marketing and communications procedures are tracked and recorded accurately for performance measurement against sales achievements and the business plan.
- Coordinating all marketing activities both internally and with outside agencies as and when required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills
- Flare for creativity and experience with Adobe software predominately photoshop
- Experienced in Wordpress for Website management is essential
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Experienced in Google Analytics
- Strong problem solving, strategic, analytical mindset
- Attention to detail, as well as strong organisational and communication skills

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
- Working hours (Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-39 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
