To provide general administrative duties to support the service operation at Cardiff depot, providing direct assistance to the Service Administrator Clerk.

**Accountabilities**
- Answer calls and redirect to relevant persons - contact customers to ensure correct billing and purchase orders are received in a timely manner
- Correct and accurate data processing.
- Data processing:

- Write up Engineer’s reports to ERP system
- Price up jobs on ERP system
- Create Pro Forma for customer
- Collate photographs / job sheets and update to ERP system
- Timesheet processing**Person Specification**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good general ICT knowledge
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Self Motivated/Team player/Process driven

Working 35 hours per weeks, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
