Business/production Administrator

**Role Overview**
The Business & Production Administrator supports the smooth running of daily operations by managing customer interactions, production documentation, supplier coordination, and goods-in/goods-out processes. The role requires strong communication and teamwork to ensure efficient workflow across the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers and arrange on-site visits and meetings.
- Process and manage production paperwork and records.
- Assist with supplier communication, ordering, and general coordination.
- Handle goods-in/goods-out administration and stock-related documentation.
- Process and organise production samples for customers or quality checks.
- Maintain good communication with the wider team to support daily operations.
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Competent with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
**Personal Qualities**
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable.
- Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative mindset.
