**Empowering Learning** are working with a college who are looking to appoint a **HR Officer** to their current HR Team. The college are looking for a HR Officer to support HR Business Partners/HR Advisors with people processes and recruitment.

**Role Includes**:

- Co-ordinate the HR Helpdesk service ensures calls are correctly allocated across the HR and Payroll team and resolved in a timely manner and any telephone calls are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Support in the development of service partnershipagreements for the team
- Support the HR Business Partners/HR Advisors with administration such as drafting letters, arranging meetings, creation, and provision of weekly employee relation reports such as absence data.
