Our client is a highly regarded and high performing Secondary School based in South Manchester. Due to the demands of the end of School year, they require a Temporary HR Administrator to assist the HR team with a project to complete all recruitment requirementsand to ensure all staff records are up to date and in order before the new School term starts in September. Working on a temporary basis, this role is expected to last up to 8 weeks and will be office-based. This role can be part time working 3 days per weekTuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or full-time working Monday - Friday.

**THE JOB**:
Working alongside the HR Advisor, you will be required to assist in all areas of HR administration which will include:

- Typing offer letters and contracts for new starters
- Completing pre-employment checks, including references, DBS checks and identity checks
- Updating training records
- Ensuring all employee records are complete and up to date
- Other ad hoc administration duties as required
