**The role**

As part of the Human Resources Department this role is to assist the Head of HR in managing the transactional requirements of the HR Department in an effective and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of contact for HR queries and support, providing advice on HR policies, procedures and systems to all levels of colleagues, particularly focussing on our international colleagues
- Respond to requests and carry out transactions to deliver the full employee life cycle from onboarding new starters, sending out contracts, producing employee change letters to supporting the leaver process
- Working with the whole of the HR team on the identification and analysis of systems and process improvements, and seeing these through to completion.
- Support with Recruitment and resourcing
- Keep up to date with employment law
- Ensure HR information and data is accurate and legally compliant
- Proactively work as a member of a team

**Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- A thorough knowledge of HR administration requirements and HR processes
- great people skills and a meticulous process driven approach
- Analytical approach with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to understand and translate company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT literacy with the ability to use the full suite of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
