Manufacturing Administrator and Operative
Pertemps is recruiting for a Manufacturing Administrator and Operative to join our client’s family-owned business in Atcham. This is a support role, dividing time between administrative duties (70%) and packing and assembly (30%). You will be required to supportthe Manufacturing Team Leader with administrative duties including goods-in, stock control and systems. Aswell as assisting with packing and assembly, adhering to quality and accuracy standards.
Key responsibilities include:

- General administrative support for the Manufacturing Team Leader:

- Order processing, goods-in and stock taking
- Liaise with secondary site departments
- Update process procedures, as and when required
- Administer site transfers
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and maintained
- Maintain two-way communication with the Manufacturing Team Leader
- Ensure 5S cleaning is maintained
- Packing and assembly:

- Prepare, pack, and assemble products according to instructions and standards
- Ensure quality control and accuracy
- Assist in other areas of the business, if required
- Good standard of verbal and written English, along with excellent numeracy
- Exceptional organisation skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail and able to work on own initiative
- MS Office experience
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment advantageous
- A valid FLT licence would be advantageous

Hours 39.5 p/w. Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:45, Fri 08:00-15:00
