**Job description**

Holiday Home Aftersales is the point of contact for Park Operators and retail customers requiring engineer’s visits to site, connect, repair, maintain and provide warranty cover on new and used holiday homes situated on Parks in Mid Wales and the Heart of England regions.

The post-holder will report to the Aftersales Manager in the first instance with a further line of accountability to the aftersales director.

Hours of Work: 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. 5 days per week and weekend working on a rota

Assisting in planning work for your assigned engineers

Preparing job sheets

Liaising with caravan manufacturers to follow up queries from end users and park operators

Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers, checking in and putting away

Chase outstanding parts

Using manufacturers online systems to submit claims promptly and with sufficient detail.

Ensure parks are kept up to date with list of jobs outstanding.

Liaise between park operator and end user

Contacting “key accounts” on a regular basisEnsure that queries are dealt with promptly and efficientlyLiaising between park operator and end user

Keeping customers informed at all stages within agreed time frames

Entering sales orders onto database

Ensure warranty requests are completed promptly and that detailed information is inputted into the database.

Preparing invoices

Dealing with insurance claims
