**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Full Time hours, with weekly overtime.
28 days holiday per year.
40 hours a week, 07:00 - 15:30 / 08:00 - 16:00
Bonuses and staff rewards.
Own transport preferrable.
Main responsibilities:
- Reply to enquiries on sales and offer customer support
- Provide general admin support
- Create delivery routes for our driving team
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Answering any incoming calls to the office.
- Managing the CRM Systems and loading customer information onto it.
- Assisting with HR.
- Overseeing website content insuring its correct and accuarate.
- Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
- Good phone manner
- Must be standards-driven and detail-orientated
- Have a strong administrative and organisational background
- IT literate with experience
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Sage experience would be beneficial
