Office Administrator

Avid Personnel are seeking an Administrator to work with their client, an established and well respected property organisation.
As an Administrator with our client you will be a key member of their team, supporting the day to day functions of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provision of administrative support to property managers and surveyors
- Dealing with enquiries from clients, tenants and contractors
- Daily use of Outlook, Excel, Word and Property Management systems including preparation of reports, documents and mail merges
- Managing the progress of works orders, maintenance tasks and health & safety procedures using specialist software and diary systems
- Manage utility and other supplier contracts
- General electronic and paper filing, document management, and office management
- If required visit the managed properties and assist in the provision of property management services
The successful applicant must be:
- Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Quick to learn new procedures and able to undertake multiple tasks and functions
- An excellent IT user experienced in the use of Word, Excel & Outlook and confident to use specialist property management software, including data management, for which training will be given.
- A good communicator who enjoys interacting with people inside and outside of our organisation.
- Determined to provide excellent customer service.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
