SiteZone Safety are specialists in managing the risk of plant to pedestrian collisions. The SiteZone proximity warning system has been successfully installed thousands of times across a wide range of industries including construction, waste and recycling, rail, and warehousing.
SiteZone is also the UK distributor of the VEI onboard weighing systems that let customers accurately control stock and costs and get loading right first time.
We’re a small company that is passionate about what we do - helping people to go home safely from work. You’ll work directly with the co-founders to support this mission and assist our customers in achieving their health and safety goals.
**Business Need / Purpose of Role**:
We’re looking to recruit a permanent, full time, office based, Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team to help grow and develop the UK sales and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Based in Ferndown, Dorset we’re seeking an experienced and motivated individual who can look after our valued UK customers, using a proactive and consultative approach to increasing product sales. With a small, but high profile customer base the role requires someone with personable skills to create deep lasting relationships with our customers ranging from small independents to multi-national, well known organisations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls - often being the first port of call for a customer
- Lead qualification and understanding customer needs and requirements
- Producing quotations and follow up with customers
- Improve customer communications / relationships / onboarding
- Actively promoting the SiteZone brand at all given opportunities
- Actively seek new sales opportunities and research potential new customers
- Work with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager to co-ordinate customer projects and sales pipeline
- Liaising with production on stock availability to meet customer expectations
- Liaising with Field Service Co-ordinator to book new customer installations
- Resolve any issues that our customers are facing and seeing through to conclusion
- Update our operating systems accordingly, including quotes and invoicing in Xero and customer data in HubSpot CRM
- Communicate well with our internal & external team employees
- Occasional site visits to customers
- Occasional attendance at exhibitions and events
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Experience within a customer focused sales role is essential
- Excellent communication skills and confident talking to customers
- Work well within a team
- Computer literate including competency with the Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Xero accounting system is desired but not essential
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is essential (preferably HubSpot)
- Experience working with technical products such as engineering, IT or within the Construction or Waste Services sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
