**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant Apprentice with Envera Telecom, a nationwide technology provider.

We have proof of concept and a proven track record of generating new business in digital marketing and websites design/hosting. Whilst we manage some of this function internally, we currently have the majority of this work outsourced to a 3rd party who do this work on our behalf however our objective is to eventually bring this operation and project management in house. This way we have more control over the customer experience and service that is aligned with the outstanding standards set by Envera Telecom.

Whilst you are training, learning and growing we can manage your workload from clients based on how you are progressing or how expansive each project is. Any resources or assistance needed will be given at all times.

As the role will be multi-faceted with a number of key responsibilities. We are looking for someone with a real thirst for knowledge, growth and an ambition to grow into a key member of the team in driving Envera to become the best Technology Solution Partner for SME’s in the UK.

Being a solution based thinker and a flair for creativity a bonus. All of these be cultivated and developed as part of your training and come with experience

Confidence communication skills when speaking verbally to clients over the phone & on occasions in person.

Organisation can be optimised via processes however a keen eye for details and attention will help you thrive in the role.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:
Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing and Account management.

Once well versed we have a pathway to progress into management where you will be tasked and responsible for growing a team to support our efforts, manage marketing budgets and lead new sales & marketing campaigns.

**Digital Marketer**
- Manage and grow Envera’s Digital marketing efforts both internally & for our clients.
- Photography/Videography.
- Graphic design and marketing material both internally and for our clients.
- Building/Website Design and ongoing content management & support in house & for our clients.
- Project managing new clients onboarded and liaising with clients on projects.
- Developing client relationships with continued account management.

**Sales & Marketing**

This includes media exposure, communicating effectively with target audiences, building and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
- Developing social media platforms & community engagement.
- Reaching out to key decision makers and introduce our services. Via Social media, LinkedIn.
- Create sales opportunities (booked meetings with key decision makers) from these efforts.
- Be creative - think outside the box - we have used all sorts of random ideas to reach out to the right people

**The Future**

Management (upon completion of apprenticeship) due to our fast growth and our ambition to be future leaders in the technology sector, we are looking to find someone with great potential who we can fast track into a key position where future responsibilities will include.
- Co Project manager of Technology implementation within the group.
- Leading new marketing campaigns.
- Managing advertising budgets and allocating resources to achieve greatest return on investment.
- Anchor between both sales and marketing departments.
- Managing Key performance indicators - help us to make data driven decisions by collating data and creating models.
- Managing teams within relevant departments or others when project managing.
- Assist in development & creation of new processes and systems that optimise for greater customer service, refined process & removal of human error.
- Research & Development - into new technologies to ensure we are always leading the way, as well as other revenue generating opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
