Our Mental Health service in Mitcham provides supported living for adults with mental health needs. Consisting of 23 self-contained flats, Ability own, manage and provide a 24-hour service to maximise independence and recovery of our customers. The service is to support customers to move on to independent living in the local community. The service is easily accessed by local bus routes and Mitcham Eastfields train station.

We are looking to recruit new colleagues to join our team to ensure we are able to deliver the best possible service to our customers at all times. Shifts will be rostered over a 7 day period including weekends, bank holidays and sleep in’s. Empathy, communication skills and teamwork are vital for the role along with your positive “can do” attitude and commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

**Salary**: £21,252.26 pa
