**The responsibilities of the Senior Social Worker includes**:

- Our Corporate Parenting Service pulls together the case work and the provision to focus on permanence for every Looked After Child. We operate a Group Supervision model within each team, called Practice Support Groups (PSG), where children and young peopleaged 0-18 years are the focus, this has the effect of reducing the transfers and handovers that children and their families hate.
- The focus on a Systemic Approach, with relationship based social work at its heart, supports social workers and promotes reflective practice

- Attending Adoption Panels
- Standard Case Management
- LAC Reviews
- Section 20 care orders
- Attending Court
- Court Reports.
- Social Work England registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
