**_Receptionist/Administrator_**:_ _
- 22.5 hours per week at Picktree Court_
- 9am - 5pm - Wednesday to Friday_
- £12.21 per hour_

**_ Job description:_**:

- You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and friendly manner. You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries as the first point of contact, both face to face and over the telephone._

- You will support the Management Team and other staff with a variety of general administrative duties, ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner. Maintaining confidentiality is crucial to the role. You will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently._

- You should have experience of working as a receptionist, including administrative duties and have a good understanding and skill set to operate Microsoft Office packages. Minute-taking experience would be advantageous, as you will occasionally take notes at meetings. Ideally, you will have previous care home experience, but this is not essential._

- Please note, as this is a job share role you will be one of two staff covering Monday to Friday, therefore there is a requirement to work additional days to cover holidays from time to time._
