Our client is currently looking for a driven and eager Hospital Specialist to join their well-established sales team in promoting their leading Dry Eye portfolio to key hospital customers across South West and South Wales.
**Ideal Requirement for the Hospital Specialist**
- You will have strong sales experience within a hospital setting.
- Ophthalmology backgrounds preferred but not essential.
- ABPI Qualified.
**Role Responsibilities for the Hospital Specialist**
- Customer relationship management and execution of the sales process
- Developing and executing an account plan for the territory. Proactively initiate, develop, and implement a growth plan to improve current position and maximise opportunity.
- Achieving targets and objectives for the territory
- Ophthalmic Hospital sales / Hospital formularies / CCGs (product switches).
- To have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Local Pharmaceutical and Medical Device market, its demographics and customer profiles.
- Responsible for identifying key stakeholders and establishing relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper access for the Companies healthcare products.
