Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist located in Bournemouth. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for performing various housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. The role also includes responsibilities such as laundry duties, managing cleaning supplies, and maintaining overall hygiene standards. Additionally, the Housekeeping Specialist will address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Housekeeping skills for maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
  • Laundry skills for managing and cleaning linens and guest laundry
  • Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing guest inquiries and complaints
  • Experience with Training and coaching other housekeeping staff
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plu
